Apartment in the heart of Florence, situated between the Duomo square and the square of SS.Annunziata. In order to get not only acquainted with the arts of the city, but also with the aspects of daily life in ancient Florence.
This splendid apartment is situated in an ancient Florentine building, once owned by the Medici family, whose symbol still characterise the stairs that lead to the apartment, at a few steps from the “Duomo”, and from Piazza SS.Annunziata, in the area of the University of Florence.
The apartment has been recently restored and furnished with lot of taste. In the palace there are other apartments that are rented for tourist need. Due to the central position of the apartment, all the major monuments and museums are at a short walking distance. At the same time, the apartment permits our guests to live in the heart of the city, close to the market, in an area with several typical restaurants and “trattorie”, and in close contact with the daily life of Florence’s centre.
The apartment is situated at the second floor without elevator, and it is composed of: spacious living room with TV, stereo, dining area, kitchen corner (4 flames, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, one of which with private bathroom (only WC and basin) small stairs leading to a double bedroom under roof, with private bathroom with shower. From the living room there is an exit onto a small terrace with view on an inner courtyard.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts for an enjoyable stay in Florence: air conditioning, TV, CD player, dishwasher, American coffee machine. High speed connection for Internet. A room with washing machine, iron and iron board is at disposal of the guests of apartments Donati and Poggi.
