Day 1: Departing your Santiago hotel to Santa Lucia Hill,Civic Quarter,historie Santiago,Government palace ''the mint'',Main Square,Cathedral,City Hall Building and National Historical Museum. For those wanting to visit Saint Cristobal Hill, the entrance fee must be paid directly(entrance fee not included in the tour rate).Then we' ll cover the uptown financia! district followed by a stop at one of the most prestigious handicraft stores where you will have the opportunity to taste the typicalnational drink ''Pisco Sour''. Then we suggest the traditional''Vaquita Echá'' in Pirque or the traditional Central Market in Santiago for lunch( at your own expense). Later you will head to Concha y Toro vineyards. Visitors will be received in Don Melchor Square by a guide where you will enjoy the panoramic view accompanied by a glass of wine. A walk through the old park will take you back in time,appreciating the Pirque Casona (Big house),Concha y Toro Family' s residence, where our country' s major wine company,emerged more than 100 years ago. In the Pirque vineyards you'll be informed on vines, technological and cultural management which stand for a first quality industrialoutput. Concha y Toro invites you toa glass of Cabernet Sauvignon,while you witness the old legend inside the old facilities.Tour concludes at your Santiago hotel. Day2: Depart from your Santiago hotel,heading towards the Pacific Ocean in a drive of 120 kms. The Curacavi Valley will give us the chance to see the diversity of sceneries, and then we'll reach the Casablanca valley. Along the way we will stop in the typical hostelry Millahue,where you will have the chance to taste the typical Chilean drink,chicha. Arriving in Valparaiso,the country' s major port and parliament city, we' ll pass by the Valparaiso hills with the picturesque houses.Our tour of Valparaiso will include Plaza Victoria, Plaza Sotomayor,Naval heroes Monument,May 21st lookout point. Your tour group will have the choice of a walk up the hills bringing you to one or two funiculars;taking a tour of the bay or a visit to La Sebastiana which is one of the homes of the poet and Nobel Prize winner Pablo Neruda.(Entrance fees are not included).
