Excite your senses with the colourful flavours of St. Lucia. Start the tour with a stroll through the gentle sloping grounds of Greenwood Terrace which grows a rich array of tropical fruits, flowering plants as well as a herb garden full of local traditional herbs. Head through the picturesque grounds to find out how the traditional clay oven is still in use today to bake an island favourite, "Creole Bread", and how the ancient "Plante" was used to make sugar and flour. Discover the secret to making local Coconut Oil, and see and smell bay leaves and their by-product "Bay Rum"; famous for its supposedly curative powers for headaches, nausea and other illnesses.

Taste a variety of tropical fruits in season, local bread and fruit juice. Learn how to make the famous St. Lucian Rum Punch before joining a Creole cooking demonstration with our renowned island cook, who will teach you the intricacies of cooking in the St. Lucian style and delight you with island stories, before being able to try the delicious island delicacies. You will then have time to enjoy nature at its finest while relaxing on the patio or wander through the grounds at your leisure. Afterwards, you can visit the ‘Display Hall’ where you can learn about the utensils and artefacts originally used on the island. Make the most of your trip to St. Lucia and try this authentic island experience.
