Witness epic battles of steel and see feats of incredible horsemanship from ringside seats. You’ll meet King Carlos and his beautiful daughter, Princess Catalina, and thrill to the swordsmanship of the Black and White Knight, Don Iofre Santa Creu, defender of the ancient shrine of Santiago de Compostela. Marvel at the skill and craft of the Royal Falconer and let yourself be amazed at the beauty and nobility of the thoroughbred Spanish Horses, prized by medieval royalty for their astonishing strength, nobility and even temperament.



Then as you thrill to a rousing live jousting tournament, awe-inspiring horsemanship and falconry, you’ll feast on a four course meal fit for a king (or queen). Tuck into oven roasted chicken, garlic bread, tomato soup, roast potatoes and spare ribs and enjoy a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Vegetarian options are also available.
