Program details

Iceland from Below and The Blue Lagoon Direct is a fantastic way to see Iceland’s most spectacular sights. This remarkable tour includes a visit to Iceland’s awe-inspiring lava tube caves and craters, and finishes with the ultimate spa experience at Iceland’s world-renowned Blue Lagoon.

This combination 1-day tour provides the perfect opportunity for those short on time to experience the best of Iceland’s unique sights and landscape. Our experienced Iceland from Below guides whisk you from Reykjavik’s city centre to visit lava tube caves and craters. Upon entering these natural caves, you will discover a world of mesmerising beauty, colours and lava formations. This natural phenomenon maps the places where surface lava hardened and the fluid lava continued to flow underneath. You will also be awe-struck by natural stalactites and unexpected rock formations.

Of course no visit to Iceland would be complete without spending some time enjoying the Blue Lagoon's milky blue-green seawater, rejuvenating spa treatments and memorable surroundings. Here you have the choice of many therapeutic leisure activities. Unwind with a delicious á la carte lunch in the restaurant, go walking amid the unusual scenery or bathe in the steaming pools of warm geothermal seawater. Rich in minerals, the lagoon is famed for its healing properties. You can indulge in one of the various outdoor massage or spa treatments, or simply relax in blissful surroundings whilst enjoying all that the Blue Lagoon has to offer.

You are advised to wear good walking shoes or hiking boots that are suitable for uneven surfaces. The tour is not recommended for children under the age of 10.
