The early morning departure from your hotels takes you on a scenic drive to the East End of St. Thomas for a short, beautiful ferry ride to Cruz Bay, the main port of St. John. Once there, you will enter a world of unsurpassed pristine beauty, maintained and protected by the National Park Service. Your tour through the Park by open- air safari bus includes a drive along the North Shore Road to the historic Danish Sugar Plantation at Annaberg. You continue to make your way through more of the delightful and picturesque sites the Park offers to your arranged lunch. The afternoon brings you to Trunk Bay, world renown for its beauty and the site of the famous underwater snorkeling trail. Tropic Tours provides you with all the gear and instructions for viewing this unforgettable underwater wonderland. Trunk Bay is under the expert care of the National Park Service and they are responsible for the safety of all who visit. Should the Park Service declare the ocean conditions dangerous to swimmers, we must comply with their safety regulations. The beach has facilities for changing or showering, After the beach, we take you back to town, with a stop at Mongoose Junction for shopping or simply browsing in the clever stores of local artisans. You board the ferry, wich we meet and then return you to your hotel. All you need for this tour is your bathing suit, a towel, sunscreen and camera. This is a great day and a fabulous bargain!
