Start/opening time

Shuttle transfer times: 11am - Karmel Shuttle pick-up from hotel, transfer to Citadel VIP Shuttle area (Hoefner Ave). You must proceed to citadel’s Customer Service/Guest relations office.



End/closing time

6pm - Karmel Shuttle pick-up from Citadel take to LAX

Optional pick-up time: 7:00pm - Karmel Shuttle pick-up from Citadel take to LAX for flights later than 10:30pm.

Late arrivals, no-shows and those not meeting tour requirements will not be refunded or rescheduled.
