Program details
Day 1 Los Mochis
Arrival to the international airport of Los Mochis; where you will be received by the hotel staff and transferred to your hotel. You will receive your travel documents that contain hotel coupons, train tickets and your itinerary.
Afternoon is at leisure.

Day 2 Los Mochis- Divisadero/Posada Barrancas
All aboard!!
This morning at 5:15 am you will be transferred by the hotel staff to the train station to board the Chihuahua al Pacifico Express first class train, better known as “Chepe”.
The train leaves Los Mochis at 6:00 am. Enjoy the most interesting part of the journey on the train to cross several bridges and tunnels that adorn the breathtaking view from the Sierra Madre offers, all in the comfort of the train dining car offers passengers with reclining seats.
The train arrives Divisadero/Posada Barrancas at 2:00 pm approximately. Upon arriving you will be transferred by the hotel staff.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walking tour along the rim (please check schedules at the reception, they will provide the tour) and enjoy the Tarahumara sunset from the hotel balconies. Dinner included at the hotel.

This afternoon enjoy the wonderful sunset that the Copper Canyon gives to us. The breathtaking view from the balconies of your hotel will let you appreciate the beauty of the place and understand the immensity of the Tarahumara world.
Day 3 Divisadero/Posada Barrancas-Creel.

Breakfast included at the hotel, then free morning for walking tours on your own to different views points like Mirador Piedra Volada, challenge your spirit of adventure in the hanging bridge that crosses a small canyon or ride in the aerial Tram or zip line (optional-not included) or simply buy nice crafts from the Tarahumaras. Lunch included at the hotel.
In the afternoon you will be transferred to the train station by the hotel staff to board the train Chepe at 1:00 pm approximately to Creel. Arrival at 4:00 pm approximately and transfer to the hotel by its staff.
Rest of the afternoon free to enjoy this picturesque Tarahumara village a “Pueblo Magico”.

Day 4 Creel-Chihuahua with Mennonite Community
This morning at 10:00 am your tour guide/driver from Viajes Dorados will contact you at your hotel front desk to take you to a tour of Creel, visiting a Tarahumara Community, the Arareco Lake, the Mushroom Valley (rock formations), the San Ignacio old Mission (a Tarahumara church) and a Tarahumara cave.
Then we will continue in a van toward the city of Cuauhtémoc. We will visit a Mennonite Community where we will enjoy a traditional light lunch (included) based on Mennonite cheese, jam, pickles, bread, cookies, tea and coffee; elaborated by the Mennonites, also we will visit a Mennonite Camp. After this interesting visit, on to Chihuahua City.

Day 5 End
Breakfast included at the hotel. Later (your tour will be scheduled the day before) you will enjoy a guided City Tour of Chihuahua visiting Pancho Villa museum (closed on Mondays), the Cathedral, the State Capitol and its famous murals of the Chihuahua state history, the colonial Aqueduct and the residential districts.
Transfer to the airport by Viajes Dorados staff two hours before your flight. End of services.
