Join us for Athens by Night, a tour off all that’s on offer as the Greek capital descends into darkness. Cruise between glowing, proud buildings with a short panoramic drive through the city centre. Drink in and admire the illuminated Acropolis from the slopes of the sacred hill, offering a nighttime photo opportunity that is second to none. A fascinating visit to the impressive Museum of Ancient Greek musical instruments will follow. Here you will uncover the most extensive and comprehensive collection of musical instruments in the world. Relax with a pleasant nightly stroll through the picturesque labyrinth of streets and neoclassical architecture of Plaka, Athens’ old historical neighbourhood. Discover why this enchanting urban maze is known as the ‘Neighbourhood of the Gods’! Having worked up an appetite, indulge in a delicious, typical Greek dinner at a traditional style tavern, and enjoy the free folk show and Greek music. Our splendid nightly sojourn departs at 20:00 and returns at around 00:30. Departure points can vary depending on your hotel, and can be arranged in advance to suit. The tour price includes transfers, a guide, traditional Greek dinner and live Greek music. It is recommended you bring a camera so as not to miss those stunning night time snaps, and some extra money and a jacket just in case. Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
