This Cenote System allows you to admire the rich Stalactites formations decorating the entire Cavern.

This Cenote System allows you to admire the rich Stalactites formations decorating the entire Cavern. Dive into its fresh waters and relax in this magical exotic place before you continue back on the ATV for a ride back to the starting point of the tour.






Meeting/pick-up point: Hard Rock Cafe, Plaza Royal Village, Av. Rafael E. Melgar 1.

Duration: 3 hours.

Start/opening time: 9am, 12pm or 3pm.

End/closing time: 12pm, 3pm or 6pm.

Opening days/period: From Monday to Saturday.

Languages: English and Spanish.

Medical restrictions: This tour is not suitable for people with severe physical or mobility impairments, serious heart problems or for people suffering from back or neck injuries, epilepsy, or pregnant women. People who cannot handle moderate physical activity are advised against this activity.

Min. Age: Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to take part in this activity.
Children between the ages of 8 and 10 may only participate under the direct supervision of a responsible parent or guardian.
The minimum age for drivers is 16 (they must present a valid driver’s license).

Min. Height: 4 feet tall or 120cm.

Max. Weight: 360 lbs or 160kg.

Dress code: Comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes.

Not included: Tips.

Not provided: Bandanas, soft drinks and insect repellent although all of these and more can be purchased on site.

Others: People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take part in this activity.
All drivers must present a valid driver’s license on the day of the tour.
All guests must use insect repellent.
The maximum age for the child that shares the ATV with an adult is 12.
