In the morning, visit of the city and departure to Vang Vieng. This city, close to the Nam Song River, is settled around 160 Km from Vientiane and it’s 230 Km far from Luang Prabag. The main caracteristic of this place is the panorama with hundreds of galleries and caves…a real paradise for speleologists. Some caves have its own history linked with the traditional mitology and people here use to say that each cave is the home of a spirit.
During the transfer, visit of different villages and ethnic minorities. Visit the Tham Cave, famous cause in XIX century was the shelter of Chinese robbers Jiin Haw. Before, there was not electricity inside the caves, and the dark places where lighted up with torches. Climbing up the stairs inside the tunnel, we will reach the highest point of the cave from where it’s possible admire the panoramic view trought a crack in the stone. A small river pass by the cave and who wants could swim for 80 metres till the hidden cave. Arrive in Vang Vieng late in the afternoon and transfer to the hotel.
