Start/opening time

Pick up from your hotel or non-hotel accommodation between 8:30 am and 9:30 am or 10:30 am and 11:30 am, please choose when book.

Pick up time and meeting point will be sent to you one day before the service date.



End/closing time

Estimated ending time between or 5pm and 5:15pm or 9pm and 9:15pm, please choose when the book.

Others

The driver will not hand the ticket to you. Admission ticket (real ticket) for Tokyo Disneyland will be delivered to your hotel before your hotel check-in date. Please collect your ticket from your hotel's front desk, and please present it at the theme park's entrance for admission. Moreover, the Departure Notice incl. pick up time & meeting point will be sent out one day before the service date by 1700hrs (5.00 pm) to the hotel’s front desk by fax.

For Non-hotel accommodation, we will email admission e-tickets &Departure Notice to your mailbox provided during the booking process 7 days or earlier before your service date, Please verify that you have received such E-mail before service date no later than 5 days in advance. In case you have not received that e-mail, please contact immediately with your booking agent or give a call to the local supplier to require it. Failure to get your E-mail in advance, you will be denied by the park, and this booking will not be refundable. Please must print out the admission e-tickets and present it at the theme park's entrance to scan and enter the park.
