The hotel is a yellow palace situated in the historical centre of Spello near the 2 most important churches of Spello: St. Andrea and St. Maria Maggiore. It is a nice village in green Umbria at only a 15 km distance from Assisi. The bus station is roughly 200 m from the hotel and the train station is about 1.5 km away. Leonardo da Vinci International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 200 km.

Drive past Perugia onto the motorway E 45 and take the Foligno exit, changing to the SS75. Drive past Assisi directly to Spello. From Rome, following the motorway A1 in the direction of Florence, exit at Orte (75 km from Spello). Drive onto the motorway for Terni-Spoleto, via Foligno and exit at Spello.
