The family-friendly design resort is located just off the main road (A 1) leading to the city centre, which is about 2 km away, and it is next to an outdoor market. This convenient point of interest can be busy during evening hours but worth a look. The main night market is about 2.5 km from the resort and can be accessed using the resort's shuttle. Public transport can be reached with a 10-minute walk, and the bus station is located around 2 km away. The resort is situated opposite the only Big C Shopping Center in Chiang Rai and is about 8 km south of Chiang Rai Airport.

The resort was built in 2005 and has been in operation from late 2006 onward. This resort, located near city centre, features a modern and unique design to create the most cosy and comfortable home-away-from-home atmosphere in both public areas and guests' rooms. It also offers friendly service with attention to guests' needs. With a total of 63 guest rooms, this air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests into the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and lift access to the rooms.
