Cancellation received 24 hours prior to arrival : 100% of total booking
Cancellation received 2 to 3 days prior to arrival : 75% of total booking
Cancellation received 4 days to 7 days prior to arrival : 50% of total booking
Cancellation received 8 days to 13 days prior to arrival : 25% of total booking

FESTIVE SEASON (23rd Dec to 10th Jan)
100% advance deposit required (30 days prior to arrival). Cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% cancellation fee. Minimum of 07 nights stay is required during the Festive period.

NO SHOW / SHORTENING & REDUCTION OF STAY
100% Cancellation Fees. Guests are therefore urged to purchase a travel insurance policy covering refunds of cancellation deposits.
Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 8% goods and service tax
No pets allowed Credit Card details are required to guarantee your reservation. Prepayment is required for all reservations within 14 days prior to arrival.
