Day 1:
BANGKOK - AYUTTAYA - KORAT (Lunch, Dinner)
Depart from Bangkok to reach BANG PA IN (A place where the Thai Royal Family took refugees to escape the heat of Bangkok, between restful gardens, ponds and buildings that feature together both Eastern and Western architecture). Continue to Ayuthaya, the ancient capital of Siam founded in 1350. Whilst there, visit the most important temples of the historical park, making it one of the richest archaeological sites in Asia. (Wat Mahathat, Wat Phrasrisanphet, Wat Mongkolbophit). Lunch in a traditional restaurant. Departure to reach Korat. Coming in hotel. Dinner at hotel.
Day 2:
KORAT - SURIN (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Departure to reach Phimai a wonderful temple built by khmer empire during the XI century with his huge size (the external walls are 1020 x 580 meters respectively). This temple is build in a style that can be compared to Angkor Wat temple in Cambodia. Transfer to Surin. Lunch in a traditional restaurant. We reach the archeological park Phanomrung and Mung Tam a temple Khmer compound located on a non-active volcano. This originally was a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva. On the way to Surin we visit Wat Lan Kuad also know as “the million bottles temple”, as it is estimated that more than 1 million used beer bottles have been used to build this unique temple. Dinner at hotel.
Day 3:
SURIN - THAILAND-LAOS BORDER (Breakfast and Lunch)
Departure for the Thai-Lao border. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Arrival at the border.
