Interested in Turkish culture, then you should try necessarily a typical rich Turkish breakfast. Spend an entertaining morning and enjoy cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, homemade jams and Börek populat part of the Ottoman cu?sine (baked or fried filled pastries), cheese, eggs, and freshly baked bread in a rural area. No breakfast without the famous Turkish tea, so your local guide will teach you how to make the delicious drink.

Besides you will learn some Turkish words and if you like you can learn how to prepare Turkish coffee, too. Provided with a morning paper from your home country you can taste all these delicacies all laid-back. Before you'll head home you will get the chance to visit a mosque to get a brief glimpse of religion.
