Il programma nel dettaglio

Take time to discover the modern side of Shanghai with this half-day tour of Pudong. You’ll enjoy access to some of Shanghai’s most recognisable and contemporary landmarks, whilst embracing the energy of this glittering metropolis.

The River Huangpu divides Shanghai into two areas: Pudong to its east, and Puxi to the west. The growth of Pudong has been rapid and is now home to many landmark buildings including the second tallest structure in China, the Shanghai World Financial Centre, which boasts 101 floors, a luxury hotel and plays host to a wealth of multinational companies. Take a ride up in the elevator to the observatory deck to witness spectacular panoramas of the city far below. With a floor made of glass you’ll feel as though you are suspended in mid-air above the city.

Alternatively, you can choose to visit the observatory deck of Shanghai’s most recognised landmark, the Oriental Pearl Tower. This unique architectural gem represents two dragons playing with pearls and affords fantastic views of the city and beyond, that stretch as far as the Yangtze River.

You’ll come back down to earth from these dizzying heights as you then head towards Riverside Avenue where you will be given free time to explore at your leisure. Located on the east bank, Riverside Avenue is a booming commercial centre popular with both locals and visitors alike. Follow this with a lunch at a local restaurant where you can savour delicious Chinese delicacies and reflect upon the incredible sights you have seen.
