In Monterrey beer is much more than a drink – it is a way of life and the expression of the work of a company built by enterprising and hardworking people. This tour is dedicated to the discovery the story of beer in Monterrey.

Visit the Museo del Vidrio (glass museum) which is distributed on three floors. The first floor is dedicated to European glass from 16th to19th century and to its impact on Mexican production. The second floor collects popular and industrial glass and particularly items from the first mass production by Cristalería y Vidriera Monterrey. Finally the attic is dedicated to the contemporary art collection as well as to temporary exhibits.

We will receive an interesting introduction to Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma Brewery in order to learn about the company, its products, the production process and its legendary history. Products include: Carta Blanca; Sol in the varieties Sol Brava (a dark beer), Sol Light, Sol Sal y Limón (Sol with lime and salt) Sol Clamato (beer mixed with Clamato) and Sol Cero (non-alcohol beer); Indio; Bohemia (pale pilsner); Dos Equis (two X's), a lager originally brewed by Wilhelm Hasse in 1897; and finally Tecate Light and Titanium. We will then move on to the Beer Garden, where you can try a fresh beer and also visit the Baseball Hall of Fame.

After the plant tour we will go to Santa Lucia and finish with a meal in a typical bar of the Old Town where your first beer is on us.
