The Tour
Horse riding in Tuscany is a unique opportunity to explore the Tuscan countryside in the most delightful way. You will be transferred from the city centre to the stables in the Chianti region, where most of the famous wines are produced. You will be givein a lesson to get acquainted with the horse and to provide some safety guidelines before leaving for the ride. The stables cater for riders of all abilities and beginners are very welcome, as previous riding experience is not essential. For about one hour you will ride amongst vineyards, olive trees and medieval villages, leading you to a wonderful 14th century Villa's estate. You will be guided around their fantastic cellars and gardens whilst being educated on the unique processes involved in producing olive oil and Chianti wine. After a tasting of their wines and olive oil, your appetite will be satisfied with a traditional Tuscan meal of bruschettas and pasta. You will then be transferred back to Florence, with a scenic drive on board of our minivans.
