Pick up from hotel at 08:30 and start today’s tour with Baxianan Temple, which is also known as Wanshou Palace Square, is the largest and the best-known Taoist temple in Xian. Next drive to very center of Xian City to visit Grand Mosque which lies at the end of Muslim Street. The Grand Mosque is a major place for religious activities of Muslim in Xi’an.
And that Mosque is more like a Chinese traditional Garden in both its design and outlets; besides the style peculiar to Islamic mosques, this Mosque holds characteristics of Chinese pavilions with painted beams and engraved ridgepoles. Then move to nearby Bell Tower and Drum Tower. The two towers were built in the Ming Dynasty(1368AD-1644AD) and now are regarded as the landmark buildings of Xian. Last take a walk at the Muslim Street, the most famous food street in Xian, to see or try some local food and snack. Finishing the tour at about 13:00 and back to hotel.
