Start either in the morning or in the afternoon, walk with your guide to experience local lifestyle and enjoy beautiful scenery around the circular City Wall Park, taste mouth-watering local snacks at Yongxingfang Food Court, and enrich your experience while visiting Xi’an.
Meet your local tour guide at either 9:00 am or 2:00pm from your hotel lobby, aboard a taxi to the circular City Wall Park to experience local lifestyle and flavorsome snacks. Wander along the circular City Wall Park built along the high City Wall and the deep moat, you will see many local people dancing, singing, reading, practicing Taichi, playing Pingpang or chatting with each other, you many also have the chance to see the local opera. The thriving trees and flowers decorate the classical Chinese architecture of the wall, adding additional beauty to the city of Xian. Walk with your guide to learn Xi’an culture and history and join in local life to have fun.
Walk into the East Gate, you will come to the Yongxingfang Food Court build in the architecture style of Ming and Qing Dynasty, here is a perfect place for you to enjoy various local Shaanxi styled delicacies, Shaaxi Sandwich (Rou Jia Mo), Cold Noodles (LiangPi), Dumpling Stuffed with Hot Gravy (Guan Tang Bao Zi), Honey Glutinous Rice (Feng Mi Zong Zi), etc. With your local guide’s accompany, you could enjoy delicious local snacks and get more knowledge of Xi’an cuisine.
After the tour, say goodbye to your guide, you could take a taxi return to the hotel on your own or continue other sightseeing byyourself.
