From Mykonos to Santorini by this fast ferry is the best option you have and it can be a very nice and exciting experience. It takes around 2h between 2h and 3.5h (depending the boat) to arrive and then you can enjoy the island.
In Santorini you can enjoy the wonderful sunset especially in Oia, special architecture, some of the oldest vineyards, volcanic beached, greek food, etc.
