But Turin means also chocolate, a passion which has lasted for 450 years, so don’t forget to stop to a characteristic Café and taste the typical “bicerin” – traditional mixed drink of coffee and chocolate. Enjoy the afternoon at your own peace. Maybe you want to visit the Mole Antonelliana, symbol of Turin and former Jewish synagogue, now hosting the amazing Cinema Museum. Winding among hills and vineyards, we arrive in Grinzane Cavour, one of the most beautiful of the Langhe, for visiting the castle and tasting some Barolo wines. Once it belonged to Count Camillo Benso of Cavour, one of the architects of the Unification of Italy and Mayor of the village of Grinzane, credited with important discoveries in the field of viticulture, considered as one of the ‘fathers’ of Barolo wine.  Afterwards we set off for the Ligurian Riviera.
