The Diving Centre is located at the marvellous Hotel Fariones Solarium in the beautiful city of Puerto del Carmen, one of the most special localities on the island of Lanzarote. What better place can there possibly be than this privileged location for practicing a highly comfortable, not to mention easy and nice, dive around some simply breath-taking underwater locations.

The Diving Centre is located literally just above the magnificence of the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. Thanks to this, we are able to begin our dives right from the jetty, within which we can find our diving boat, compressor and equipment rooms. Maximum security is guaranteed at all times for our customers, not to mentions the fact that you will enjoy the utmost comfort throughout the duration of the experience. Experience the unparalleled beauty of Lanzarote’s underwater life, one of the most popular diving scenarios in the world due to its stunning variety of marine colours and critters.

At the Diving Centre Hipocampus we invest all our best efforts into taking care of our fragile environment, all so your diving adventure can be all the more enjoyable. The variety of diving courses we offer is bound to satisfy your needs; we offer everything from PADI diving courses to ACUC. And if diving doesn’t sound like your cup of tea, you can equally relish our snorkelling excursions.

Meeting/pick-up point: C/ Timanfaya C.C. Playa Blanca, local 12, Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.
Duration: Baptism 2 hours, Snorkel 1 hour, normal dives 1 hour and half, approx.
Start/opening time: Monday to Friday at 9am and 3pm.
End/closing time: At 1pm and 6pm.
Languages: English and Spanish.
