Take to the high seas for an exhilarating day’s fishing in the tropical waters off South Beach Miami. This is the ultimate angling day trip in the Sunshine State and takes place aboard a double-deck boat. All you have to do is bring your sun cream and camera –the equipment is provided. Who knows, you might even catch a tuna, spearfish or shark. And if you’re a novice, the knowledgeable and professional crew will be more than happy to show you the ropes.

Your adventure begins at the Miami Beach Marina from where you sail out into the vast expanses of the Atlantic. Out it the open sea, you can start flinging your rod and see what fish will take the bait. The tropical waters off the south Florida coast are warmed by the Gulf Stream and are for more than just for swimming in The main tour vessel is a 70-foot (21-metre) US Coast Guard licenced boat, offering a large air-conditioned salon with eight dinettes, upper viewing deck and full walk around capabilities on both decks. A 56-foot (17-metre) second vessel serves as a back-up for highly demanded departure dates.

Dozens of species have been caught in these waters, including blue and white marlin, yellowfin tuna, mahi mahi, swordfish, kingfish, amberjack, snapper, grouper and many, many more. You can keep any fish you catch, within the Florida Fish and Game Commission rules and regulations. Fish can also be cleaned and bagged at no charge. Beginners and advanced fishers are welcome.

Duration: Four hours.
Start/opening time: 9am, 1.45pm and 8pm. (The 8:00pm time slot is only available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday).
Others: Tour may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather conditions.
