Come with us and enjoy an unforgettable day on Saona, a tropical island located a short distance from the mainland on the south-east tip of the Dominican Republic. ‹br›‹br› After an early start, just sit back and enjoy the views from a luxurious air-conditioned coach in the 90-minute drive from your resort, accompanied by our knowledgeable tour guides. ‹br›‹br› On the way we’ll make a brief stop at a gift shop before driving on to the idyllic fishing village of Bayahibe, where you will board a catamaran for the two-hour cruise to Saona – enjoy the sun and sea with a drink in your hand. ‹br›‹br› Once we arrive at the beach, the crew will prepare a delicious typical Dominican lunch consisting of grilled meat and seafood, with a green salad. ‹br›‹br› There will be plenty of time to stretch your legs, swim or simply relax and soak up the incomparable beauty of the setting. ‹br›‹br› We’ll return to Bayahibe by speed boat, making a stop a stunning natural swimming pool where you can meet the local starfish before arriving back at the resort at about 6pm. ‹br›‹br› This full-day excursion includes hotel pick up and drop off, return transfer to Bayahibe by coach, the return trip to Saona by speedboat and catamaran, unlimited drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks, water and Cuba libres) and a barbecue lunch on the beach.
