Program details

Get a taste of the real Barcelona in this tour by eBike of some of the coolest neighbourhoods Catalunya’s vibrant capital has to offer. Our state of the art eBike mean no sweat and no hassle and our friendly local guides will give you plenty of information on the different attractions as we pass them and will be more than happy to give you the lowdown on the best places to eat, drink and party.

First stop is Gracia. This barrio started life as a village outside the walls of old Barcelona before growing to become an important industrial district at turn of the last century. It is now fashionable with students, artists and hipsters with a distinct bohemian vibe. You’ll cycle through shady squares, packed with lively bars and restaurants, passing quiet backstreets, busy markets and artists’ workshops.

From here we’ll cross into classy L’Eixample, planned from scratch as a solution to overcrowding in the 19th Century city. Here you’ll find elegant boulevards, expensive boutiques and plenty of modernista architecture. Next stop is the Born. This fashionable neighbourhood on the edge of the Gothic Quarter is a great place to eat tapas, listen to live music, pick in some souvenirs in the many quirky boutiques and explore the secrets of the maze of the narrow streets and alleys

Barceloneta has to be one of the city’s best keep secrets. This once somewhat edgy fishermen’s quarter is now home to some great beach bars and disco clubs, as well as some of the best seafood restaurants in town. This is where the locals flock to eat, drink, lie in the sun or simply indulge in people watching.

El Raval, a rabbit warren of streets around the old port is where locals and visiting seafarers have come to let their hair down for centuries, stomping ground to generations of bohemians, home to innumerable nightclubs, brothels, cabarets and taverns. Even today it is still one of the hottest places in town and our guide will tell you the best places to eat, drink and party.

At the end of the tour you can really say that you know Barcelona!
