Surf on dry land, visit a sheepdog cemetery, see a hippo yawn and listen to aboriginal dreamtime stories among many other activities during this fun full day trip taking in the some of Western Australia’s most stunning scenery, emblematic attractions and unusual landmarks.

Head east from Perth through the scenic Darling Ranges, stopping for morning tea (not included) at the historic town of York, where you can admire the well-preserved Victorian architecture. Pass through sweeping wheat belt plains and stop en route at the famous Dog Cemetery, a tribute to sheepdogs. Arrive at the village of Hyden, home of the Wave Rock. Before lunch, visit Hippo's Yawn a natural rock formation shaped like a yawning hippopotamus. Local aboriginal peoples consider it to be a special women's place. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the Wave Rock Wildflower Shop.

After lunch, join an aboriginal cultural tour of tge Wave Rock. Walk around and on top of the rock as you hear of dreamtime stories and discover aboriginal sacred sites, including Gto be at being an incredible 2,700 million years old, the rock has over time been sculptured by nature into the form of a huge breaking wave. See other intriguing rock formations in the area and Mulka's Cave.

Stop at farming town of Babakin for afternoon tea (not included). During the wildflower season (September to November) some of Western Australia's best wildflowers can be seen in this area and roadside stops will be made for viewings.
