On the Downhill Bike trail you will leisurely make your way through the stunning Puu Ohia rainforest on this five mile route. Breathe in the scent of tropical fruits and flowers that hang from the overhead trees and keep your eyes and ears open for the many native species of birds and animals that you will undoubtedly encounter. Your professional guide will point out all the flora and fauna you come across as well as giving you a fascinating narration on the culture, history and traditions of the Hawaiian Islands.


On the 100% DIRT Mountain Bike trail you will really leave the beaten path and explore the hidden gems of the island. The dramatic beauty of the lush Kaaawa Valley, the majestic Koolau Mountain cliffs and stunning ocean views are the backdrop to this epic tour that will take you past WWII bunkers, typical Hawaiian villages and famous movie locations. See where the likes of Jurassic Park, Lost, 50 First Dates and Godzilla were filmed as you race through the valley’s dirt tracks. A deli-style lunch and drinks are included both tours.




Meeting/pick-up point: Guests must call 24 hours in advance to confirm pick up time and location.

Duration: The duration of each tour is subject to change. Running times: Downhill Bike 12pm - 3pm; 100% DIRT Mountain Bike 9am - 3pm. Languages: English.

Others: Not recommended for children under 5 years of age. Minimum 4.0" to ride bike or 3.5" for trailer.
