Set sail on one of the country’s largest paddle-wheel boats in the USA for a spectacular lunch or dinner cruise down Nashville’s Cumberland River! Relax and admire the spectacular views from the decks, as you indulge in Southern hospitality and enjoy great live onboard entertainment featuring talented musical performers, dancers and comedy acts.

After being picked up from your Nashville hotel you’ll be welcomed aboard the General Jackson Showboat, one of the great steamers that sailed the Mississippi in the 19th century. Admire the Nashville skyline from the indoor and outdoor decks as you sail down the Cumberland River. Then sit down do a traditional Southern meal in the beautiful Victorian-style theatre as you enjoy some top flight entertainment.

The Lunch cruise includes the top comedy duo Steve Hall & Shotgun Red who will bring their jaw-droppin’, gut-bustin’ show to the stage, offering one of the most animated and entertainingly interactive shows to cruise the Cumberland River, complete with a mouth-watering, Southern-style buffet prepared by the boat’s own sous chef.

In the Dinner and Cruise you’ll go on a fun-packed and powerful journey down the Musical Highway, featuring music born in Tennessee. Catch everything from bluegrass to soul, a little gospel and, of course, country music! Enjoy that along with a rich Southern meal and a cruise on the Cumberland River that you can’t get anywhere else.

You’ll then be driven back to the hotel after the cruise.

Start or opening time: Lunch Cruise departs at 12pm, and Dinner Cruise departs at 7pm. Please note Dinner Cruise departs at 6pm on selected evenings.
