Program details

Discover a way of sightseeing in Amsterdam you will never forget. Canal Bus takes the practicality and comfort of a tour bus and throws it into the water of Amsterdam’s beautiful canals. This boat cruise through the canals of Amsterdam is a delightful way to get to know the city. The magical charm of the canals will soon make you realise why this city is known as the Venice of the North.

To embark on this wonderful adventure, head towards the canals and embark on our endearing ride. Once on board, sit back and relax, let the soft sway of the water below you lull you into a state of contemplative pleasure. Once we set off, prepare to absorb the fairy tale atmosphere that will slowly glide around you.

Throughout the duration of the tour, you will pass a large variety of iconic landmarks; from buildings rich in history such as the imposing Westerkerk, to the narrowest house in the city. While floating through the most famous and lovely canals, the Canal Bus will also waltz you by some of the city’s most important museums; of these, three stand out among the rest.

On the one hand, the Van Gogh Museum honours this Impressionist painter, famous among other things for his Sunflowers. On the other hand, the Rijksmuseum is dedicated to art, handicrafts and history. Last but not least, you will see the house of Anne Frank, now a museum that preserves the memory of this unfortunate girl’s history. Hop aboard and fall in love with Amsterdam.
