* Learn from a Moroccan cook

* Taste the food you prepare with a wrap up lunch

Join a workshop led by the capable hands of a traditional Moroccan cook and learn how to create a three course meal that will remind you of your Moroccan adventures for time to come.

After being picked up from your hotel and transferred to the Atlas Kasbah, on arrival you’ll be treated to traditional Moroccan hospitality with a welcome tea. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get involved with creating three incredible dishes. First up it’s vegetable briouates, small crispy savoury stuffed pastries cooked with aromatic spices such as saffron, ginger and cinnamon. For the main course we prepare a chicken tajine with olives and preserved lemons, the pinnacle of Moroccan cuisine. Then last but not least, there are sweet pastillas with milk and almonds for dessert.

With just small groups and user friendly material, you can easily learn the steps in creating this scrumptious mix of traditional dishes. We save the best until last when you get to try the food you prepared in a celebratory lunch.
