Program details

Enjoy a leisurely cruise of the world renowned Victoria Harbour by sitting back on a Chinese-style tour boat. This cruise is a great opportunity to take in the awe-inspiring splendour of Hong Kong skyline, and feel the pulse of the vibrant and dynamic energy of Asia's World City. It sails past some of Hong Kong's most famous landmarks and architectures, including International Commerce Centre, IFC two and Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, HSBC Headqaurter Building and the Bank of China Tower. Further sailing to West Kowloon opens your eyes to the Yaumati Typhoon Shelter, the major anchorage for fishermen's boats and tug boats and Stonecutters Island, the formerly British Royal Navy Base. Hong Kong, literally means the fragrant harbour, is endowed with a superb deep-water harbour offering a safe haven for ships from afar and boats commuting the Pearl River Delta Region of South China. As the boat sails further west, you will see the spectacular new Stonecutters Bridge linking the city to the new Hong Kong International Airport. Opened in December 2009, it is presently the second longest cable-stayed bridge in the world. Right below the bridge is the Kwai Chung Container Port, the world's third largest container port. Here you are close to major cargo handling facilities for container ship and river boats.
