Delve deep into the history of Chile with this exciting tour of some of the country’s most impressive natural sites and historical landmarks. From the spectacular views of the Huaihuen Hill lookout to the mysteries of the island of Chiloe, this tour offers a variety of destinations that are sure to make you not want to ever leave Chile.

The tour begins by taking you to the city of Ancud, where you will first ascend to the magnificent vantage point located atop Huaihuen Hill; the sights of the surroundings are simply breathtaking. After the hills, head to a beautiful beach known as the Arena Gruesa (Spanish for thick sand) where the sounds of the sea lapping over the clicking rocks will lull you into a peaceful state of mind.

Next stop is the ominous San Antonio fortress, a Spanish colonial fortification that dates back to the 18th century. You are also invited to visit the highly fun and enlightening Interactive and Handicraft Museum of Ancud. Before leaving, stop by the municipal market and explore the downtown and the famous Costanera promenade.

The second part of your tour takes you to the island of Chiloe, a thrilling location shrouded in legend and mystery. The myths, customs, traditions and tales of magic surrounding this isle will come to life thanks to your guide’s eloquent narrations. The tour includes a stop at a typical restaurant where you will indulge in a traditional meal.
