Program details

See the best of Paros and Antiparos with this fascinating full-day guided tour of the two islands. Visit the top sights and attractions, and learn all about their rich history, from classical times to the present. Discover architectural gems and explore a quaint fishing village to experience how real Greek islanders live.

Your adventure begins in Parikia, the picture-postcard capital of Paros. Stroll through the town to the 13th century Venetian castle, which from its proud position atop a hill in the centre offers stunning views over the town and port. See the Church of Saint Konstantinos and Eleni before arriving at the one the oldest churches in Greece: Panayia Ekatodapiliani, the Church of Our Lady of One Hundred Gates, which is famed for its beautiful baptistery and icons.

Hop aboard the ferry for the brief crossing to Antiparos. Walk the narrow cobbled streets of its picturesque capital to the Kastro, the whitewashed Venetian castle that is still inhabited. Head back to Paros to visit Piso Livadi, a peaceful village on the shores of a crescent-shaped bay. Enjoy free time for lunch or a swim in the crystalline waters.

After lunch, continue to the hillside town of Lefkes, which is renowned for its narrow alleys of traditional flat-roofed houses under the shadow of the imposing Church of Ayia Triada.

Pass the ancient quarries of Marathi, where the marble used for some of the most famous sculptures of antiquity was mined, including the Venus of Milo. End your adventure on a high with a visit to the charming fishing village of Noussa.
