Experience the thrill of sailing one of the biggest professional regatta racing boats ever built, the legendary ''Fisher & Paykel'' maxi yacht, second in the 89/90 Whitbread Round-the-World Race. Whether you're novice, experienced or professional sailor, you will have an unforgettable time on this magnificent, totally renovated world-class sailing boat with the stunning backdrop of the coastline of Jandia, to the south of Fuerteventura.
At the beginning of the trip we'll tell you all about the boat and and its history and show you where and how to sit, how to move and what to do during the manoeuvres. You are also warmly invited to participate in the sailing operations.
Then we'll sail out of the port of Morro Jable heading along the spectacular coastline of Jandia towards Costa Calma. You can simply sit back and enjoy the marvellous views or participate actively with the crew in the manoeuvring the boat. With its 25m length you are guaranteed smooth sailing and there is plenty of room to move around freely. A once in a lifetime sailing experience.
Duration: 2 ½ hours.
Start or opening time: 11am from Costa Calma, Gorriones and Esquinzo.
End or closing time: 1.30 pm return to hotel.
Languages: Spanish and English.
Others: Pick-up at Costa Calma, Gorriones y Esquinzo from 10am. Return at 2.30pm aprox.
