Take in all key attractions and historical points of interest. Begin the day at the beautiful Kings Park botanical gardens, whilst having time to experience a walk through the tree's canopies on the Tree Top Walkway giving a bird's-eye view of Perth's city skyline. Later, continue to one of Perth's best beaches Cottesloe Beach before arriving at the historic port town of Fremantle. Time is allowed here to walk down the main street, enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes or perhaps find a bargain at the markets (Fri, Sat and Sun only). Then join a Swan River Cruise back to Perth with Captain Cook Cruises. Onboard, relax into panoramic scenery of Perth and enjoy a Western Australian wine tasting whilst cruising by extravagant waterfront houses of Millionaires Row with arrival at Barrack Street Jetty at approximately 12.30pm.

Perth was originally founded in 1829 and the neighbourhoods on the Swan River were the first to be settled, namely the city's central business district and Fremantle port. Heavy immigration after World War II led to fast population growth especially from Britain, Greece, Italy and the former Yugoslavia making it now the fourth most populous city in Australia.
