Program details

Visit Cambrils from Salou or vice versa the scenic way with a relaxing and scenic catamaran cruise. There are seven sailings per day each way, with each trip lasting some 30-35 minutes. And not only to do you get to admire the beautiful Costa Dorada from a new perspective but you also avoid the traffic gridlock that often affects road connections between the two resorts, which are just 7km apart as the crow flies.

If you like shopping or merely enjoy the atmosphere of street markets, then keep two days for your diary. Monday is market day in Salou while in Cambrils it’s on Wednesday. Both towns are more than mere resorts and boast a number of attractive medieval monuments and buildings. Cambrils still has sections of the old city walls standing, while defensive towers can be seen in both – a relic of pirate raids from centuries ago.

Maybe go for a stroll on the promenade or hot the beach to soak in those warm Mediterranean rays. Perhaps you can enjoy lunch at any of the myriad beachfront bars and restaurants that dot the coasts of both resorts while the winding streets of the old town are home to establishments popular with the locals. So hop aboard, relax and feel the cool sea breeze run through your hair.
