An opportunity to visit El Chalten and Viedma Glacier for the day, to witness an exclusive, natural and unique scenario in the north area of Los Glaciares National Park.


After we arrive at El Chalten and we go to the Eco Camp to have lunch, we will depart towards Bahía Túnel Port, where we will get on a ship to view the Viedma Glacier, the largest glacier as compared with over 300 glaciers inside the National Park, and the largest glacier in Argentina.


While sailing for 2 hours and 30 minutes, we will have a unique experience: enjoying the blue ice walls of the Viedma Glacier, which are 40 metres high. We sail through Viedma Lake towards the front of the glacier, from where we can see the peak of the Huemul Mount. This Glacial Lake is about 1100 square kilometers.


By the end of the tour, our bus will be waiting to return to El Calafate.


Duration: Thirteen hours.

Start/opening time: At 7.30am at the operator's office. Departure to El Chalten at 8am.
