A delightful innovative approach to dining in the first travelling Tramcar Restaurants in the world. As the glossy, burgundy trams cruise the scenic streets of Melbourne, diners enjoy a seasonal menu, quality Australian wines or a selection of beverages from a fully stocked barSample Menu:


- Appetiser:

Chicken, Liver and cognax pate crowned with port wine and pink peppercorns.

Roasted red capsicum dip served with assorted crisp bread.


- Entrees:

Tasmanian Ocean Trout served on julienne vegetable with soy ginger reduction.

Grilled Kangaroo Loin brushed with lemon myrtle, thyme and honey, served on a vegetable and chive frittata with bush tomato chilli jam.


- Main Courses:

Grilled Chicken fillet on a Mediterranean vegetable risotto with pesto, shave parmesan and roasted tomoato sauce.

Victoria Farmed Eye Fillet of Beef on a sweet potato and hert rosti, with seasonal vegetables and wild mushroom jus.


- Cheeses:

Selection of Australian Cheeses serviced with pear paste, fruit bread and water crackers.


- Desserts:

Warm Sticky Date Pudding topped with butterscotch sauce and served with cream.

White Chocolate and Passionfruit Parfait with praline and raspberry coulis.


- Beverages:

Wines - selected victorian red and white wines.

From the Bar - beer, whiskey, brandy, gin, vodka, bacardi, rum, dry vermouth.
