Program details

Live the high life by coming face to face with some of the most breathtaking mountains in the Andes with this private tour from Mendoza of the highest peaks in Argentina. This day trip takes you across a rich and lush variety of exciting landscapes with the wonderful flatlands of Argentina far away below you.

You will be taken past the Pan-American route and through areas of extraordinary beauty, such as Potrerillos and Uspallata. Discover the historical stone bridge that crosses the River Picheuta as well as the quaint hamlets of Polvaredas and Punta de Vacas.

Continue your journey with colossal mountains ever rolling beside you before arriving at Los Penitentes ski centre, a very popular holiday resort where a dry sun reflects off the winter snow. Soon after, you get to admire the amazing shapes and colours of Puente del Inca, which displays some fascinating geological formations and hot springs.

Pass the awe-inspiring Aconcagua Provincial Park and get to know renowned Argentine landmarks such as the statue of Christ the Redeemer of the Andes, which crowns the Andes as he beatifically contemplates them in an eternal blessing. Further along the path pause at the Aconcagua vantage point, a mesmerising spot where you can enjoy stunning views of the hilly panorama; a moment for taking out cameras and taking in the scenery. On your way back to Mendoza, pass the vast, desert landscape of Las Cuevas, making your tour magical to the very end.
