Take a hands-on cooking class with one of Mendoza’s top chefs Spend the evening in a local home, learning the techniques for cooking traditional Argentine cuisine Get the recipes for classic dishes like empanadas and asado, and taste local, organic, and seasonal ingredients Enjoy great local wines from your host’s private collection Dig into a delicious dinner that will taste even better because you cooked it yourself! Spend an evening with one of Mendoza’s top chefs, learning how to cook traditional local dishes right in her home kitchen! Learn some barbecue secrets, create your own flavour of empanada, and sample local wines while learning from one of the best culinary masters in Argentina.

This is your chance to go inside a local Mendocino’s home and see how they live (and eat!). But we’re not talking about just any Mendocino. This is Laura Pinna’s house, and Laura is one of Mendoza’s most important chefs, having worked in over 10 different countries, cooking for some of the most prestigious foodies in the world, including Argentina’s most renowned chef, Francis Mallmann. On this Mendoza tour, you’ll head into her kitchen and learn from the master herself how to cook some of the tastiest and most traditional dishes in the region. We’ll start with some empanadas (a traditional baked pastry) and Laura will pour you some delicious wine to pair with them.

We’ll also taste some organic seasonal vegetables and you’ll get to pick the flavours you like best to create your own empanada specialty. Then, it’s onto a true culinary classic. Every country has its own favourite recipe when it comes to BBQs, but in Argentina, asados are the one and only Sunday lunch.
