The tour begins in Lima's downtown, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO and a representative area of colonial, republican times and the twentieth century. You will stop at the Main Square, where the city of Lima was founded first as "The City of Kings" in 1535, and then as capital of the Republic of Peru in 1821, the year of independence. It is located between the Presidential Palace, the City hall, the Cathedral and Archbishop and beautiful colonial buildings that represent an important part of the identity of the city. Then you will head to San Francisco Church, where enviable collections of old books are stored with a network of catacombs open to the public.

Visit the modern districts of San Isidro and Miraflores, where you can see the Love Park (Parque del Amor), typical meeting point for Lima couples every Valentine’s Day, and after lunch you will go to the district of Surco to visit the Gold Museum. There you will find one of the most unique museum collections in Lima. Discover exquisite textile pieces, ceramics and gold pieces of different pre- Hispanic cultures, in addition to a gun collection consisting of twenty thousand objects from different times and parts of the world.
