Your food heaven begins when we visit a magical little store whose specialty is truffles. Try a delicious truffle panini whilst you sip a glass of crisp sparkling Prosecco. Now your taste buds are really awake we move on to try rich artisan chocolates. With the delightful taste of the handmade chocolates still in your mouth we continue our tour to local olive oil boutique. The owner Andrea will surprise and amaze you as you sample various balsamic vinegars and extra virgin olive oil while sharing with you the history and secrets of these sumptuous condiments, such an intrinsic part of the Mediterranean diet.

As we stroll along exploring the alleys and streets of the city, we learn more about Florentine history and its local regional cuisine and enjoy the guilty pleasure of “the best gelato in town” as we try out rich ice creams.
