For an authentic Italian market and kitchen experience, join us for a day exploring the very best that Tuscany has to offer: food and wine! Meet your chef at the San Lorenzo Central Market and walk around absorbing the sights and smells from local bakers, butchers, greengrocers and farmers. But this is no ordinary grocery shop. Browse for the best and freshest ingredients with the help of our chef and head up to the cooking school to start creating your own dish.
From bruschetta, home-made pasta and delicious Italian desserts you’ll live and learn every step of the process. Under the guidance of the chef you plan and create dishes that make the most of our quality ingredients. After the class, we sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labour with a leisurely lunch accompanied by Tuscan wine.
