Enjoy this special tour of some of the famous sites in and around San Francisco from the top deck of an open top bus. You'll be constantly informed and entertained by the live running commentary of our professional tour guides!


The Golden Gate Park and Beach Loop includes unlimited use for 24 hours so you can hop-on and hop-off the bus at any of the 14 designated stops during the tour to browse, shop, and take pictures. Explore the highlights of San Francisco at your own pace and then simply hop on the next bus when you are ready to go on to the next location.


The tour departs from Union Square and from here we visit the Civic Centre for a fantastic photo opportunity with its impressive City Hall, the Asian Art Museum, the Opera House and the San Francisco Symphony, before arriving at Alamo Square, home to the world famous ''Painted Ladies'' Victorian houses. The bus then whisks you towards the beautiful Golden Gate Park. Within the park you can visit such renowned attractions as the De Young Museum, Japanese Tea Gardens and the new multimillion dollar California Academy of Sciences which features an aquarium, a planetarium, a natural history museum and more all under one ‘living’ roof. As you’re cruising along the park, you can see more of the park’s favourite attractions such as the Stow Lake Boathouse, Spreckles Lake, the Tulip Garden, and the Dutch Windmill.


On the return from Golden Gate Park, the bus visits the famous Haight Ashbury district, where you can catch sight of the surfers that brave the elements all year round at Ocean Beach. Head along to explore the historic ruins of the Sutro Baths and hike to Lands End, or simply enjoy the spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. The tour then makes its way back to Union Square along Geary St, past St Mary's Cathedral and San Francisco's Japan Town.


Meeting/ Pick up point: Vouchers can be redeemed with City Sightseeing at 2800 Leavenworth Street, San Francisco, CA 94133 (between Beach St & Jefferson St) or with the City Sightseeing staff at Union Square (across from Macy’s) upon boarding the bus.
