Visit a local Japanese house in Osaka and learn how to cook a popular Japanese dish! Washoku, the traditional Japanese cuisine, was recently added to UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage list.

In this experience, you'll be able to learn how to make iconic Japanese okonomiyaki, experience a visit to a local Japanese house and kitchen, learn about great restaurant recommendations in the Osaka region, and take home tips and good memories of Japanese cooking!


Bento Box Lesson: The cooking class bento box will include rice, tamagoyaki (eggs), umeboshi (pickled plums), and a choice of chicken cutlet, karaage fried chicken, or pork cutlet.


Tempura Set Lesson: The cooking class dishes will include 4-types of vegetable and shrimp tempura, rice, and miso soup.


Japanese Beef Curry Rice Lesson: The cooking class dishes will include beef curry, rice, salad, and pickles.


Tonkatsu Set Lesson: The cooking class dishes will include tonkatsu, rice, miso soup, and vegetables.


Okonomiyaki: The cooking class dish will include okonomiyaki.


Duration: 2.5 hours.
