The 238m tall Mori Tower stands in the middle of the upscale Roppongi Hills commercial complex and is one of the tallest buildings in Tokyo. While most of the building is occupied by office space, the first few floors offer visitors a wide variety of restaurants and shops, while the top few floors house an observation deck and a contemporary art museum featuring world-class exhibitions that change periodically. Located at the top of the Mori Tower, the Tokyo City View observation deck sports high ceiling and glass walls that extend all the way around the building, providing fantastic views of the entire city. This is a perfect place to take in the massiveness of the Tokyo metropolis.
Gleaming in the distance, you can see Shinjuku, Tokyo Tower, Odaiba, Shinagawa, the Rainbow Bridge, and many other Tokyo landmarks. This beautiful canvas changes color at night time, creating a unique landscape when the city lights come to life. Above the observation deck lies the Sky Deck, an open-air rooftop deck that can be enjoyed when the weather is good. You can drop by one of the cafes in the building and soak in the view while enjoying your favorite drink. All tickets for Tokyo City View include access to the Mori Art Museum a modern art museum open until late at night. The Museum features mainly modern art exhibitions in a variety of genres, including fashion, architecture, design, photography, and video. And while you're at Mori Tower, you might want to also see the special exhibitions at Mori Arts Center Gallery! Rotating exhibitions on the 52nd floor are always worth checking out (additional fee depending on exhibition)
