Program details
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving course is an introduction to scuba and requires approximately 2 1/2 hours to complete. The student begins in the classroom where they will view a video and learn about basic dive theory and equipment. Next they enter into shallow water to learn and practice basic dive skills.
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving course is an introduction to scuba and requires approximately 2 1/2 hours to complete. The student begins in the classroom where they will view a video and learn about basic dive theory and equipment. Next they enter into shallow water to learn and practice basic dive skills. Once comfortable with the skills, they will continue on with their instructor to complete a dive over a shallow coral area. It is a very fun and exciting course.
We have developed an “Experienced Diver Program” where divers are grouped on boats according to their own experience level allowing them to enjoy their dives in the company of other divers of similar experience level."
Meeting/pick-up point: Opposite the Fiesta Americana Hotel.
Duration: 2.5 hours.
Start/opening time: 8am or 1pm.
-End/closing time: 10.30am or 3.30pm.
Opening days/period: Everyday.
Languages: English, Spanish and Japanese.
Medical Restrictions: All participants must be in good physical condition. This activity it is not suitable for pregnant woman. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in this tour.
Min. Age: 10 years old with written permission from their parent or legal guardian.
Dress code: Bring a swimsuit and a towel.
Included: Instructor and equipment.
Not included: Transport and the admission fee to The Marine Park.
Others: There is a private tour guide available for children and this service is charged for additionally.
